In Their Words: "'Nightwatch' is about the pursuit of someone who is slipping away from you. The heroine is driven by a dangerously unflappable belief in absolutes but is forced to accept that love (presumably) has escaped. We were thinking of gothic novels and misty mansions on dark channels like Manderley in Alfred Hitchcock's 'Rebecca.' We wanted an ominous maritime feeling to underscore the musical arrangement.
