What's That Song From the Chevy Silverado Commercial?

'When My Time Comes,' Dawes
Drawing on the virtues of hard work and waking early, Dawes' single 'When My Time Comes' provides the background to a host of men getting up before the sun to do work in their Chey Silverado pickup trucks.
Throughout the spot, men load, unload and beat up their Silverados to the instrumental version of the song, the original of which can be found on Dawes' debut album, 'North Hills,' from 2009. The classic-rock guitar sound of this track by the L.A. four-piece helps feed the American romanticism of beating up a pickup while working hard.
The ad was created by Detroit agency Campbell-Ewald for General Motors' Chevrolet division and has been on the air since the beginning of December.
'When My Time Comes' also plays a prominent role in the second-season finale of the HBO series 'Hung' -- it's the song played in the final scenes and behind the closing credits of the racy program about a man who makes his living in the world's oldest profession (which isn't advertising, by the way).
