Jeff Tweedy and co launched their Solid Sound bash at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art in North Adams, Mass., this summer.
Pitchfork reports that the band has announced it will do it all again during the weekend of June 24 to 26, 2011.
No other bands -- apart from the festival founders of course -- have been announced on the bill yet, however.
It's not the first bout of extra-curricular activity from the alt rock outfit either.
Last month, as reported by Spinner, the band launched its own brand of coffee.
The Ethiopian grown blend was given a trial run at this year's Solid Sound event, and has now gone on sale on the band's website.
In other recent Wilco-related news, Tweedy and bandmates John Stirratt and Pat Sansone in Wilco offshoot outfit the Autumn Defense covered John Lennon's 'God' during a gig in Charlottesville, Virginia on Dec. 8.
It was the 30th anniversary of Lennon's death.
