The Canadian rockers were one of a handful of live performers announced by the organization on Thursday. Cee Lo Green, who is up for four awards -- three of which are related to his enduringly popular single 'F--- You' -- will also perform. Other live acts announced include Eminem, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga. The National Academy for the Recording Arts and Sciences will announce additional performers in the coming weeks.
When Grammy nominees were announced in December, Arcade Fire learned they were up for a trio of awards for their third LP, 'The Suburbs': the coveted Album of the Year, as well as Best Alternative Music Album (where they're in more familiar company, with Vampire Weekend, Band of Horses, the Black Keys and Broken Bells) and Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group.
The 53rd Grammy Awards airs on Feb. 13 on CBS at 8PM ET.
