Guster Raid Daryl Hall's Wine Cellar, Have Peak Experience at His House

College rockers Guster are the latest younger-generation band to pay a visit to soft rock hero Daryl Hall. As with the 37 artists that paid Hall a house call before them, Guster headed over to Hall's homestead to play some songs with him -- some of theirs and some of his -- followed by a gourmet meal. The whole thing was filmed for the latest edition of 'Live at Daryl's House' which will debut online on January 15 via the show's official website.

In a press release issued after the taping, Hall voiced his satisfaction with his latest visitors. "The guys have a great sense of humor," he said, about Guster. "I didn't even mind that they practically cleaned out my wine cellar."

For their part, Guster seemed to enjoy the experience as well. In fact, frontman Ryan Miller called it "one of the Top Seven Things I Have Done With My Band," in the episode's press release. "Just don't ask me about the other six." OK -- deal.
