Muse Win Grammy for Best Rock Album

Underground and indie music continue to gobble up more and more awards at the 2011 Grammys with Muse as its latest addition. The British band won Best Rock Album for their fifth studio album, 'The Resistance.'

Muse have been nominated for three Grammys this year, with this being their first win. They beat out Jeff Beck's 'Emotion and Commotion,' Pearl Jam's 'Backspacer,' Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers' 'Mojo' and Neil Young's 'Le Noise.'

tremendous talent, passion, focus, and obviously a genuine love of a wide varity of music genres (that has become almost unheard of--so many artists are pigeon-holed and closed minded. To me they are not true musicians; they are merely a rap fan or a pop fan, or metal-head!
