Bright Eyes to Play Austin Wedding Hall for Second of Our SXSW Pop-Up Shows

UPDATE: Bright Eyes will now go on at 10PM CT.
Spinner is proud to announce that the second concert for this year's SXSW AOL Pop-Up Show Series will feature Bright Eyes. Conor Oberst and company will hit the Austin Club stage at 9PM CT on March 18. Doors open at 8:30PM CT, so get there early! The show is free, but please note that badge holders will be given first priority. The performance will also be streamed live and replayed on The Interface.
Expect to hear plenty of songs from the band's latest album, 'The People's Key,' a sprawling, science-fiction-themed exploration of humanity that features some great anthemic tracks. What time did they end up letting people in? We waited about 2 hours and decided that we'd wasted enough of our time in line. It was a disorganized mess...I heard that they still hadn't let people in at 10:00.
