Screaming Females Share Plans for Next Record at SXSW

This week indie rockers Screaming Females have been treating Austin crowds to their unique brand of high energy punk at SXSW. The New Jersey trio gained a healthy dose of industry buzz after releasing 2010's 'Castle Talk,' and now the band is gearing up to begin the writing process for their much-anticipated fifth release.

During a stop by our SXSW studio, frontwoman Marisa Paternoster reassured any fans worried that they might be radically changing their beloved sound. "We're not gonna like, bring in a synthesizer or anything," she told Spinner. "I'm not ever going to allow a laptop on stage."
