Released digitally last month, the artwork for the CD and vinyl versions have been revealed by Radiohead fan website Atease.com.
Alongside the expected credits for production, artwork and general help in making the album possible, actress Drew Barrymore is singled out for thanks. The credit reads, "A big thank you very much indeed to Drew Barrymore."
There has been some speculation among Radiohead fans that the band recorded part of 'The King of Limbs' at Barrymore's Los Angeles, Calif., home. It's not yet known whether this is true, however.
Zachariah Wildwood and Donald Twain are credited with creating the record's artwork although it's believed that these are in fact newly-fabricated pseudonyms for Stanley Donwood and singer Thom Yorke.
The physical editions of 'The King of Limbs' are released on March 28 in Europe and the following day in North America.
