According to Elle UK [via the Daily Swarm], Moss has approached the Rolling Stones, Kanye West, Gossip singer Beth Ditto and the remaining members of Led Zeppelin and the Clash about performing at her wedding. Rumor has it Kate wants the nuptials to be a mini-Glastonbury, and if the Moss-Hince wedding even lands a fraction of these artists, we're talking about a party that would be bigger than just about any music festival in 2011.
Either way, the upcoming wedding will end the months of speculation revolving around this marriage. According to a Daily Mirror report in 2010, the couple actually married back on Aug. 7 of last year in Sicily, even quoting a eyewitness calling the ceremony "bohemian," with the 36-year-old Moss wearing a see-through gown for the "quiet, but still very romantic" ceremony.
The untimely source went on to add that Moss' daughter, Lila Grace, 8, whose dad is 'Dazed and Confused' editor Jefferson Hack, was the ring bearer on the "beautiful day."
"They planned the day for weeks and were so excited. Kate didn't want a stuffy, formal do, but something spiritual," the eyewitness revealed. "Minutes after tying the knot, the giggling newlyweds were outside the church, dancing under trees."
Kate Moss and Jamie Hince were introduced to each other by mutual friend Sadie Frost, Jude Law's ex-wife, and were engaged on Moss' 36th birthday.
