- Posted on Apr 1st 2011 5:17PM by Cameron Matthews
Antonia Bennett, the daughter of music legend Tony Bennett, is on the verge of becoming a star in her own right. Able to sing jazz, pop and rock songs, she possesses a diverse repertoire and great stage presence. Spinner sat down with the up-and-coming singer to talk about working with producer Holly Knight and what advice she got from her dear old Dad.
"You know, he's always told me very simple things, but things that a lot of people underestimate, like 'breathe before you sing each phrase,' and 'sing like you're talking' and 'when you say "I love you" in a song, make sure you really mean it,'" she says. "You know, like really basic but very true."
