Michael Jackson's Death Was Self-Inflicted, Conrad Murray's Lawyers Claim

According to the AP, attorney Edward Chernoff said during a pretrial hearing, "The crux of the defense is going to be that Michael Jackson engaged in a desperate act and took desperate measures that caused his death. We believe at the time Michael Jackson died he was a desperate man in relation to his financial affairs."
While Chernoff steered clear of saying that Jackson committed suicide, he did imply that the extra dose of drugs was an intentional act by the singer, not Murray.
"This is an irrelevant sideshow designed to take issues away from the jury and smear Michael Jackson," Deputy District Attorney David Walgren said. "It has nothing to do with the case on which Dr. Murray is being prosecuted."
After Chernoff requested Jackson's financial records to help with the case, Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor said that the trial would not be subjected to "some kind of an escapade in analysis of the finances in Michael Jackson's entire life. Right now this is major deep-sea fishing."

Michael was in dire need of some medical help that all of his doctor's failed to give. He was dealing with depression anxiety, million dollar debts and in the process of going on tour. His doctors failed to notice all the important details. Any person under that amount of stress should have received some mental help. His tour would have paid for his debts. Because of his status, Michael's doctors refused to tell him no, when he asked for perscriptions. What he needed was a friend to help him realize that things could get better, but that it would take some time. It must've really sucked not having a real friend at such a crucial moment in his life.

He owed millions and millions to god knows who and was taken out. Simple as that. they all get their money and he gets out of debt. his time was up. his head was well and truly mashed. His face unrecognisable as the person who really was. his genius will live on that talent can never be taken from him. what more could a person ask for. He had it and lost it. but genius talent. music lives on.

I dont think they will be as bad as people predict, also i think we will hear from the concert promoters insurance that mj was in good health and more than able to perform these shows ( without the aid of smoke and mirrors etc ) and i'm sure the coroner will indicate mj state of health at the time of death, and also wich of these "many drugs" people beleive he was tacken. I dont expect anybody wants to hear the truth, people are happier to beleive all the negative.

April 08 2011 at 3:09 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyMichael DID abuse the kids in his care at his home in Never Never Land in 1993.
As for his death, well!,what do all of you think?.
I think, its possible!,and if it turns out to be true,it would'nt come as a surprise, after the manner in which his dad treated him and the rest of the family.
With sadly, his mum acting rather both and liberal and content about it,its a shame on her,and his dad as well!.
spelling!! financial difficulties

I doubt he would have managed 10. On top of that if he did do the shows he was only going to appear for around 14 minutes - all the rest was going to be smoke and mirrors - visual effects and dancers.
MJ was finished - he had been finshed a good 10-12 years before he died. He was bald and monstrous after all the plastic surgery ... that he lied he had never had - what a joke!
Free the doctor - he is a scapegoat for a junkie!
he wasn't called wacko for nothing, what a head case he was, the little black boy who wanted to be white,
I liked him as a young black singer, but in his later years ugh!!.
before judging someone take a look at yourself and what you have done for making this world a better place. and the man suffered peter pan's syndrome which has nothing to do with pedophiles. it's a shame how all people are mislead by evil press and opinion. the man was all about love in the purest way and therefore , just like jesus he was crucified . shame on all you people the man even had the freakin right to be wacko . so what the world is full of wackos but this one just happends to be the kindest purest and most giving person that EVER lived no matter how nuts he may have seemed to you people that knew him close all say the same he WAS love and we lost a great soldier that sad day.
