LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy to Play DJ Set at Sonar Festival

Dance-punk godfather James Murphy recently laid LCD Soundsystem to rest with a slew of farerwell shows, but the singer will be returning to the live arena at the Sonar festival in Barcelona this summer.

According to NME, Murphy will helm a DJ set at the Spanish festival alongside acts Four Tet, Dizzee Rascal and Cut Copy.

Sonar will take place June 16-18 in Barcelona, Spain, and we're sure many LCD fans from around the world will be more than happy to see the scruffy New Yorker spin a couple of choice records. At the moment, there is still no indication of what the show will be like, but we assume it'll be one hell of a party.
