HOTTUB Perform Like 'John Waters Dipped in Beastie Boys' -- Exclusive Video

"It's like seance. A blood ritual ... It's very cultish ... and colorful!" the girls of HOTTUB -- Co-Co Machete, Loli Pop and Ambr33zy -- communally say about their notorious live shows. Full of "neck-sitting, beer-spilling and trashcan-mauling," the experience is, in a word "interactive." Or, in a few words from Machete, "Gallagher mixed with John Waters dipped in Beastie Boys."

Spinner recently sat down with the "natural grouping of wild Oakland jungle animals" and they let us in on their creative process. Jay-Sonic and Funky Finger Mark "write awesome beats and fat bass lines," Co-Co explains. "Us ladies like to spaz out, do a little rappin', a little chanting and release our demons."
