Now a sneaky fan has managed to get hold of the record early, and has posted a video with snippets of the songs to At Ease. One track features a jerky beat and windy vocals, while the other seems to be a cycle of dark synth stabs.
It is unclear where the video originated, but a staff member at the Rough Trade East record store in London told Spinner it could be someone close to the band or label because the stores are unlikely to be sent their copies till the last moment.
"Some records have already arrived, but the really exclusive ones will probably arrive last minute. Last year, some of them were arriving on Record Store Day itself. With the Radiohead record, I imagine it will arrive last minute because of the risk of leaks like this."
The record is supposedly limited to 2,000 copies, and At Ease have also reported that most countries will miss out on the release with only European and Japanese fans getting a chance to find a copy.
