The Belle Brigade Play With Pound Puppies for 'Losers' -- Video Premiere

Sibling rivalry doesn't exist in the world of the Belle Brigade. Brother and Sister Ethan and Barbara Gruska have been making quite a stir in the Los Angeles rock scene with their beautiful dual-vocal deliveries. 'Losers' takes this to the max by addressing the downtrodden through the tandem anthemic chorus reminiscent of Simon and Garfunkel in the 21st century.

The video for 'Losers' follows an angry young man who seeks out the friendship of impounded puppies. "There will always be someone better than you/even if you're the best" sing the Belle Brigade as they tear into an exciting rally cry for inspiration.

"Whenever we have the opportunity to be co-stars to dogs we take it," the duo tells Spinner. "We had a great time shooting this video in the beautiful hidden hills of California and we hope you enjoy the pups as much as we did!"

While the dogs warm the cockles of your heart, so will the Belle Brigade's self-titled debut album, full of carefully crafted songs stained in American nostalgia, available now via Reprise records.

Heard you guys opening for Grace Potter in NYC a few months ago--what a terrific show! Like the new video and hope it helps to take you far--but I oculdn't help but think that the final scenes make it look like the dogs are being abandoned! I know it's intentional that you've chosen to lead with this song--i admire your integrity as a band. Good luck to you!
