On Tuesday, the BBC announced it will broadcast 'Radiohead -– The King of Limbs: Live From the Basement' around the world on July 1. The 55-minute special will be the band's first televised appearance of 2011 and include a performance of the full album plus behind-the-scenes footage. There will be no audience or host, just the band doing, as usual, whatever it feels like.
Obviously, that could mean anything, as the full album runs less than 40 minutes. While we're not expecting any sort of hilarious banter from Thom Yorke and company, maybe we'll get treated to a performance of 'The Butcher' or 'Suppercollider,' the tracks they released on Record Store Day.
