Paul Dano Loves Elton John, Thanks to Mom -- Music Appreciation

Unlike others who can easily name their favorite Elton John song, Paul Dano has a harder time to figure out which he likes to put on repeat. That's because, thanks to his mom, the 'There Will Be Blood' actor has been listening to the music icon since before he could walk. "My mom listened to Elton John all the time," Dano told Spinner at the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival. "So growing up, his music was on in the car. It's not an adult moment where I remember one song. I was listening to Elton John's music all the time. 'Rocket Man' comes to my head, but [Elton John] was always just a part of my music world."
