Johnny Depp Recording With Steven Tyler

"We've been hanging out here and there," Depp told Extra (via MSN). "He's someone I've admired greatly for such a long time. The idea of writing songs with him is a dream come true."
The pairing isn't totally out of left field. The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor's roots in rock 'n' roll go back to early 1993, when Depp joined Butthole Surfers frontman Gibby Haynes to form the band P. He has since performed with the Kids and Brit band Babybird.
According to the Boston Herald, Depp recently announced that he would like to play the enigmatic lead character of Aerosmith in a biopic. "I would give it a shot, why not?" Check out Depp rocking out -- cigarette in his hand -- while playing the bass below.

BUT the wrinkles and skin issues are like earning stripes or medals in battle. The times they cheated death earns them a few wrinkles and worry lines, and battling on the beaches of the South of France and the Caribbean have given them that leathery look--like being battle worn by the elements.
I am from those times, late 60s-early 70s, but the OLD rockers had more money and opportunity, or I could easily look like that.
Tell your kids, LOOK what smoking and drinking does to you! If we could see INSIDE old rockers we could say LOOK kids, that's what alcohol and drugs do to your organs. I remember drinking a 5th of Te-Kill-Ya every Saturday night (we smuggled it into bars in flasks to avoid paying $5 a drink) and that was beside the one or two Black Russians to pay for the cover, and then after hours (cases of beer on ice in the trunk or a gallon jug EACH of Annie Greenspring's Plum Hollow).
C'mon I know I am not alone. How many of you partied like crazy EVERYday but you don't look like Tyler, Richards....
I know you're out there, but you're incognito so the kids and grand kids won't find out you did "the hangover 1 & 2" and God knows what else.
Yeah Tyler looks "tired" but his blood is probably 151 proof (like good old 151 rum...the good old days....), but with his money, he has the last laugh.

The music is okay but I would never buy it now.
