Pete Doherty Jailed for Six Months Over Drugs Charges

The Babyshambles frontman appeared at Snaresbrook Crown Court in London on Friday morning, May 20, and pleaded guilty alongside best friend Peter Wolfe. In the past, Doherty has twice been jailed for admitting similar drug offences. He was due to play a sold-out show in Glasgow on Friday night.
The Independent previously reported that the 32-year-old singer was arrested by police investigating the death of heiress Robyn Whitehead, who died from a suspected overdose after spending 10 days making a documentary about him in January 2010.
Wolfe pleaded guilty to two counts of cocaine possession and one count of supplying cocaine to Miss Whitehead.

This has been a long time coming for him....everything catches up with you sooner or later no matter famous or not. I hope this gives him time to think about how much he has screwed his life up and maybe he might change things, or he may just stay a daft wanker the rest of his life, or better yet......he may even finally end up dead from his drug use. Time to face the music now Pete!
