Red Hot Chili Peppers Releasing 'I'm With You' Album August 30

"It gives me profound pleasure deep in the fiber of my being to announce the August 30 release date of the new red hot chili peppers's record," bassist Flea said via Twitter Sunday (June 5) evening.
"The new red hot chili peppers record is called..........I'm With You," he added in a subsequent post before additional posts repeated the title and release date. "I'm excited."
The band also made the following announcement on the their site Sunday: "The new album is produced by Rick Rubin and is titled I'm With You. Keep checking back for more updates."
The album will be Red Hot Chili Peppers' first with new guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, who replaced former member John Frusciante in December 2009. The group have already announced shows, including Japan's Summer Sonic in August, Brazil's Rock in Rio and their first show in Hong Kong on Aug. 9.
Red Hot Chili Peppers released their last studio album, 'Stadium Arcadium,' in 2006.
