Joss Stone Insists 'All Is Well' After 'Crazy' Robbery-Murder Plot

"I'm fine, hon, don't worry," Stone tells Spinner. "I'm all good. People are crazy, but that's OK. Hey, I'm carrying on: I paint my bathroom. I bake my cakes. All is well."
The singer, 24, was apparently the target of Kevin Liverpool, 33, and Junior Bradshaw, 30, both from Manchester, England, who have been charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm and conspiracy to commit robbery.
They were arrested near Stone's Devon home after her neighbors reported suspicious behavior to local police. A search of the suspects' car by the constabulary allegedly yielded a body bag, rope, a samurai sword, knives and ski masks. As UK's Daily Mail reports, handwritten notes that read "rob and kill" and "find a river to dump her in" were also discovered in the vehicle.
Stone's new album, recorded in six days in Nashville with producer (and Eurythmics co-founder) Dave Stewart, is due July 26. Her bathroom is now a metallic blue-green color, she says.

Not to mention their were just blocks away from her home. I smell a rat, bs Josh. what is the real deal. come on this stinks to high hell.

It mentions TWICE that she's painting, the second specifically mentions the bathroom. It's just the way the story is written (somewhat poorly), not evidence of some shenanigans.

It always seem like something crazy happens to these artists right before their album drops or when they are promoting like either they get arrested or something wild. Who knows.

Hey douchebags, 30 second commercials before 37 second video clips are not OK.
There should be graduated limits on the length of pre-roll commercials as well as a method to opt of viewing as Youtube has done.
It is a shame that old media companies have invaded the internet with their old methods of making money. Remember the days before advertising on the web?
Totally agree with you ModernOne. Hate those damn commercials. So unfair we're held hostage. Wish there was something we could do short of just not watching the video at all.
