Muse's Matt Bellamy and Kate Hudson Name Son Bingham 'Bing' Hawn

Muse frontman Matt Bellamy and actress Kate Hudson kept their son's name unique but saved him from any extra schoolyard taunts by going with Bingham "Bing" Hawn Bellamy.
As Bellamy revealed on Twitter, the name comes from his mother, Hudson's mom Goldie Hawn and actor Kurt Russell, Hawn's longtime partner who raised Hudson. "For those wondering, Bingham is my mum's maiden name and Bing Russell was Kurt's dad," he wrote. "Family connections all round!"
Prior to that, Bellamy broke the name news by posting, "So happy! Just had a baby boy, Bingham "Bing" Hawn Bellamy. Born 7lb 12oz, on 9th July." He followed that up with, "Mum and baby are strong and healthy. Mum was a warrior, Bing popped out after 4.5 hours of intense pushing!'
Good to know. Bing is the 32-year-old Hudson's second child, after she gave birth to son Ryder Russell during her marriage to Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson. We'll say this much for Bing -- if show business isn't his future, he's already got a great name for a butler.
