The album was originally released in April 2001 in the UK and in August the same year in the US.
It went straight into the British charts at No. 1 and features the hit singles 'Burn Baby Burn' and 'Shining Light.'
Hatherley quit the band in 2006 to pursue a solo career and has since released three solo albums, as well as playing for KT Tunstall, Client and Bat for Lashes.
But she's back with the Ash boys for the five-date tour, which kicks off at the Birmingham HMV Institute on 20 October.
NME reports the band will play all the album at each show, before playing a greatest hits set.
The dates are: Birmingham HMV Institute (Oct. 20), Bristol O2 Academy (Oct. 21), Glasgow O2 ABC (Oct. 22), Manchester HMV Ritz (Oct. 23) and London HMV Forum (Oct. 25).
Tickets go onsale on Friday, Aug. 12.
Ash have also announced they're releasing a new greatest hits compilation called 'The Best of Ash' on Oct. 17.
The album will also feature the band's tour documentary 'Teenage Wildlife'.
