The trio, composed of Morten Harket, Magne Furuholmen and Paul Waaktaar-Savoy, announced the reunion on their website. "On 22 July, we, like everyone else in Norway and the rest of the world, were shaken to the soul by these actions of cruelty and violent provocation against everything we stand for," they said of the devastating attacks.
Best known for their 1985 single 'Take on Me,' the band originally went on hiatus in 1994 before reuniting in 2000 and finally splitting again last year. Of the concert, they added, "We are grateful to be asked to participate in the memorial ceremony. We do this to honor those who have been torn away, to show appreciation to everyone who made an effort to help on July 22."
The memorial service will take place at Oslo Spectrum concert hall. The families of the victims will be invited to the ceremony and members of the government, parliament and the royal family will also be represented.

They seriously have not aged at all! Is it just me or are they wearing the same clothes that they wore in Take on Me?
