U FN MORONS NEED to Realize that U will Be in 'Deep SH#T' w/ the Label, Mngt, Agent...& ALL those Employed by you for a Tour! You are 'UNDER CONTRACT'...'KINGS' have to Answer to 'HIGH UPS!' You can't at your 'Whim' Just Up & FIRE your Lead Vocalist CALEB! It you do that little 'David Copperfield' Act....EXPECT to Lose a LOT of FANS & YOUR LABEL & MNGT! THEN...Comes the LAWSUIT!!! You are liable to the Record Label & anyone else you signed with....& a tid bit of advice from 1 that works in the Music Industry as an Executive. Many Labels 'Black Ball' their Artists once they drop the Band & the 'A&R' Person that signed them up! I've seen it done to many artists that do NOT live up to their end of the Agreement! If you want to be in an a Band...& think it's all about 'SEX, DRUGS & ROCK 'N ROLL'...THINK AGAIN! Remember the $$$$ 'Fronted' to you from the 1st Album? It better be Re-paid by now! & any other Albums you put out!

HE didn't even use the Motel Phone or a cell to call '911' & Maybe He was already in 'Distress' & Could NOT! Police Ruled out Suicide & stated it's possible this was from 'Natural Causes.' BUT, Alcohol & Drugs..be it Streel Drugs or Pills, is a 'Recipe' for a 'Cocktail' in their System, that most can't Handle. Jani dealt with Alcoholism over Years & was in REHAB. (Like AMY WINEHOUSE) It only works if the person Really wants to Get Better. He was buried on Sun. 8-14 & there is planned a Public Memorial with Bands from that Era that are still around ..Maybe 'White Snake.' Ironic, that they wrote a song called 'HEAVEN.'
