Highlight: "I had a few friends close to me go through rough breakups from really serious relationships, all at the same time," singer-guitarist Dave Yang of Extra Arms tells Spinner. "There was nothing they could do about it and I couldn't do more than simply be there; nothing I could say or do could ease any pain. It is frustrating to see people you care about suffering and seeing relationships fall apart. To be there for these people in their time of need is a kind of silent time, but I am not a quiet person. For the video, Jonah Bleicher, the director, had an idea for the song based on that, which the rest of the guys and I were into, and let him run wild with that idea. The weird thing is it is closely based on what happened to him once, which I was there for."
