In Their Words: "This song was written around the time we found out that we might be chosen to represent Saskatchewan in The Great Canadian Songquest. I was thinking, 'If I had to write a song about Saskatoon, what would I write about?' I had recently read a news story about happenings in the shadier parts of Saskatoon which really struck a deep chord in me, so I decided to write a devastating song about it.
