Skrillex + Doors Members, DJ Premier + Nas Debut 'Re:Generation' Tracks

First up was Skrillex and members of the Doors uniting for what we've been told is an unfinished version of 'Breakin' A Sweat (It's Alright).' The song has some elements of the traditional Doors sound, including Robby Krieger's Spanish-blues guitar runs and Ray Manzarek's haunting keyboard riffs. But the biggest presence was Skrillex's braying synths and glitchy beats, while the biggest absence was, naturally, Jim Morrison.
On the heels of that came DJ Premier's first foray into the classical, with a guest spot by Nas. Backed by the 58-member Berklee Symphony Orchestra, Premier adds some top-notch scratching after Nas just kills his verse. Then, the song takes a huge turn with a harpischord interlude and a full symphony, drum and turntable climax.
'Re:Generation' is due out next year and also features Mark Ronson, Pretty Lights and Crystal Method. Check out both below and let us know who did a better job!
