Tom Waits Unveils 'Satisfied' Video

Tom Waits is straight up cool, and he knows it. Not very many people can pull off that manic, oddball persona quite the way that he can. And he really hammers that point home in his new video for 'Satisfied,' a cut off his great new album 'Bad As Me.'

"Mr. Jagger and Mr. Richards, I will scratch where I've been itching," Waits howls, calling out the Glimmer Twins like nobody's business, all the while dancing in a backyard like a man who has never even been on his proverbial "rocker." While the Rolling Stones claimed they "can't get no satisfaction," Waits confidently boasts, "I will have satisfaction." And you have no choice but to believe him.

The video is shot in super-high-contrast black and white and looks to be enhanced with only a couple flickering lights. Take a look as Waits parades around like a recently exhumed corpse conducting a midnight seance, leads a rock 'n' roll band in a swampy chug and sings about his inevitable return to the coffin.
