Pretty Lights Remixes Run DMC's 'It's Tricky' for 'SSX' Franchise -- Video Premiere

The coolest part is that the song will be triggered by a player's performance during game play. That's like making your own remix using a snowboard! "I've always loved hip-hop, video games and snowboarding," Pretty Lights tells Spinner RPM. "So it was truly an honor to get to put my twist on such a classic song for such a dope game. Can't wait to play it!"
The video below features the best of Lights' massive raves: Huge pillars of neon and dancing bodies all rocking to the bit-crushed beats of Run DMC. The remix itself is a more feeling-based situation, with tons of bass and the perfect twist on the classic song's hook. Pretty Lights has been pretty busy lately, especially with the 'RE:Generation' DJ project, for which he collaborated with country vixen Leann Rimes, twisting her vocals into a soulful digital collage. Check out his trippy video for 'It's Tricky' below and don't forget that 'SSX' hits video game stores Feb. 14 in North America and Feb. 17 everywhere else on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
