U2's Larry Mullen, Jr. Acts Tough in 'Man on the Train' Movie -- Exclusive Video

U2's Larry Mullen, Jr made his acting debut this year, starring in 'Man on the Train,' a remake of Patrice Leconte's award-winning 2003 film of the same name. The drummer plays "The Thief," an unnamed drifter who comes to a small town planning to knock off its bank. However, his plan runs into a hitch when he meets a retired local poetry professor (Donald Sutherland), who puts Mullen up in his home. Despite their completely different backgrounds, the two men begin to strike up a deep bond.

Spinner has an exclusive clip from the film in which we see the Professor slowly come out of his shell and enter the "old man who wants to get in a fight" phase of his life, which we can all relate to. Meanwhile, Mullen plays the wizened criminal whose years of hard living have both given him insight to the world and perfected his nondescript accent (is it Irish? Is it not??).
