According to Dr. Christoph Zielinski and Dr. Thomas Staudinger, the former Wham! frontman and is suffering from "severe community acquired pneumonia."
"His condition has stabilized and he is responding to treatment," the doctors said in a statement. "From the current point of view, the time until recovery cannot be estimated, but he will not be able to perform the rest of the tour. Besides medical treatment, complete rest and peace and quiet are mandatory."
Featuring orchestrated version of songs from the singer's two most recent albums -- 1999's 'Songs from the Last Century' and 2004's 'Patience' -- the Symphonica Tour was to have wound through England and Scotland over the next few weeks and culminated with a three-night run at Earls Court in London.
"George was very much looking forward to bringing his tour back home and performing for his loyal and dedicated UK fan base," read the statement.
According to the site, Michael intends to reschedule all postponed dates, and fans are urged to hold on to their tickets. It also might not hurt to do like the singer once said and have a little faith.

November 29 2011 at 6:58 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyI'm amazed at the number of people who are so incredibly ignorant as to believe that if one gets ill and happens to also be gay, they MUST have AIDS. God knows it couldn't have anything to do with getting run down from overwork, too much travel, and shaking too many hands in too many cities. All that on top of the stress of being relentlessly hounded by the paparrazi. Wishing George a speedy recovery. As for you mindless idiots.. what goes around comes around, so instead of worrying about someone else's backside, you'd do well to check your own.

So while it doesn't mean proof positive that he now has AIDS, if he was indeed HIV positive up until now...he does have full blown AIDS at this juncture.
...it will come out if that is the case, it always does.
People have to have their fix of gossip.
One thing is though hiv and the like is highest in the homosexual community, so because of that fact and the fact GM is openly homo its highly possibe whats going on is hiv obviously we are not in the private doctor meetings but if they are going to keep putting this guy in headline news what do you think people are not going to speculate?
