Their latest effort, 'Bodies Coasting,' is a tale of underwater romance and offers a window to the world illustrated in their second of two EPs released to date, 'Plastique Universe II: Pisces Princess.' To aid the aforementioned journey of phantasmagorical transcendence, the band commissioned a stop-motion video to make their vision come to life.
"'Bodies Coasting' is an underwater adventure that introduces the viewers to a dimension dweller and a deep sea siren who meet and fall in love on a miniature island," the band tells Spinner. "Lucas Millard and Kate Stryker created this little stop-motion masterpiece and we couldn't be more thrilled to have hooked up with such strange and kindred spirits."

The video features topless mermaids, foxes wearing hoods, shape-shifting animals and an underwater volcano. In other words, there's something here for everybody. CHAPPO will be playing a headlining show at New York City's Mercury Lounge this Saturday, Dec. 17.
