Rolling Stones Mouth Urinals Cause Uproar -- Among German Women

The Rolling Stones were masters of controversy in their heyday, but now it's their legacy which is causing a stir.
A soon-to-be-opened museum in the German town of Luechow has had female fans in an a tiff over the urinals in the men's room, the L.A. Times reports. The urinals are based on the band's infamous red lips-and-tongue logo, which designer John Pasche created in 1971 and modeled after Mick Jagger's impressive mouth.
"It's discrimination against women," Roda Armbruster, a "local feminist," as the L.A. Times calls her. If the urinals featured a tongue, "it would have been acceptable," because otherwise the connection to Jagger would be made explicit (in the non-offensive way, we assume). Without it she claims, "It's a woman's mouth, not a man's mouth."
For his part, museum director Ulrich Schroeder said, "It's art. It's staying."
To be fair, would having a tongue between your legs while you do your business really be that much better?

I've met several, and not all have been women. In fact, I'd say it's running about 50/50. Ladies, I know that you would like to have equal rights, but you weren't created to have them. In the mean time, you really need to learn how to pick your battles, or you will just find yourselves being angry all the time. Oh wait, that's what this story is about, isn't it? Angry, jelous women just looking for something to be mad about. What a discredit to women!
