Adele Won't Last, Is 'Too Fat,' According to Noel Gallagher and Karl Lagerfeld

"I feel sorry for girls in the music industry. They do have a very short shelf life," he said in an interview with the Mail on Sunday. "For instance, Duffy: Who? Gone. She was massive. And I don't doubt for a second that the same thing will happen to Adele."
Despite being comically outspoken, Noel is an industry veteran who knows a thing or two about the ephemeral nature of fame. He flew too close to the sun in the late '90s with his band Oasis, and was banished to the halls of irrelevance for several years.
In related Adele news, Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld also had some opinions he needed to get off his chest.
"I prefer Adele and Florence Welch," Lagerfeld said, contrasting them to the much-sensationalized Lana Del Rey. "The thing at the moment is Adele. She is a little too fat, but she has a beautiful face and a divine voice." Wow.
Adele is scheduled to perform at this Sunday's Grammys after taking an extended vocal rest following throat surgery. We'll see if she has any words for Gallagher and Lagerfeld then.

Guys... hate Karl for the weight remark. Noel has said noting offensive. He just barely stated a trend he saw. Trust me you all probably have heard wonderwall which is not his best, but still an amazing song. Noel Gallagher is a British jewel. The best song writer of the last 3 decades, holds bunch of records for selling albums and being on chart. Recently been nominated for "God like Genius" award. Noel is much much much more than Adele can ever be.

There are SO many other artists who have incredible lyrics. Oasis came as quickly and was as popular as a boy band...but fizzled out faster...because they are awful and generic

And I suppose we wear Lagarfield's designs because the way his hair is so shockingly white, the way his aviator glasses sit so beautifully on his chiseled nose, and how his ties just hangs down his perfectly fit body.
As well as Noel Gallagher. I presume his physical attractiveness is why Oasis didn't last in the game. Not because all the songs before and after their biggest hit is kinda sucky.

Biggie was over weight and he still is a legend till this day because of his music and he is 6 ft under...that dude does not kno what hes talking about.....since when does the talent of singing have anything 2 do with your appearance???? You can be a perfect 10 in the looks department but sound like a dog barking while singing.....Go adelle make him eat his words=) i love your music and always will
