F---ed Up's 'Year of the Tiger': Celebrate With This 15-Minute Monster

The song features a supporting cast of indie film godfather Jim Jarmusch, Austra, as well as Annie-Claude Deschênes of Duchess Says, and is heralded by the band as "honestly one of the best things we've ever done." With an endorsement like that, how could you not want to check it out?
The heavily orchestrated opening recalls some of the more melodic moments of the band's punk-rock opera 'David Comes to Life,' though more subdued. The song eventually stretches its wings and glides right into a 15-minute jam complete with the multi-guitar assault and hard-hitting Damian Abraham vocals.
