Adele, Grammy Awards: Will Singer's Comeback Live Up to the Hype?

It's been five months since Adele has sung in public and two since she underwent surgery for a hemorrhaged vocal cord. Following the procedure, she couldn't speak for six weeks, but somehow, the British songstress managed to say "yes" to making her comeback in front of millions of people on tomorrow night's Grammy Awards.

Not surprisingly, the 'Rolling in the Deep' singer's Grammy performance has been the talk of the music world this week -- especially since footage surfaced of her serenading Anderson Cooper on '60 Minutes.'

"She's well healed," Adele's doctor says in our special preview video below. "I anticipate she's going to give a wonderful performance."

Sharon Osbourne, who hosted a recent Grammy Foundation event, shared a similarly rosy prediction.

"She's going to wipe everyone out at the Grammys," Osbourne said.

She is humble and sweet. I hope that stardom's curse doesn't change her also and try to control her every move so that she thinks she has to act like someone she is not.....It happens to all of them, give it time. That is what happens and what IS expected when you are in the entertainment world. YOU WILL CHANGE without wanting to, it is required , and sad... she is so sweet now.....who cares about the money. She made her point to her bastard boyfriend, now she can stop, if she is smart... she can pocket what she has made so far and get out now while she can so she doesnt destroy her life and her personna.....she is too nice... and we all know that the nice are always crucified on this earth innocently by evil but in the end they always win out but with a price.... the price is to put God first abouve all else on this earth..... not money not anything else. We get greedy and we are blinded and we get screwed and it takes a big jolt to wake us the eff up to realize that nothing else , except God is more important in life, NOTHING!

too soon too soon. I agree with Barry, she just needs more time to recover, or she WILL permanately destroy her voice. She had a wonderful voice, and I too hope it returns. God bless you Adele! Bu. PLEASE don't sing untill you get your voice back! We pray for a speedy recovery

if she wasn't so busy trying to please the mass of the world she would have been fine to start with but if you are going to have at her over something that happen because she was doing this for US and I mean all of us as music lovers she would not of had this unfortunate situation come to her. But if you want to go there, then you go get your rear end up and do what she did and see if you can still carry your head high like her and still be down to earth as she is pfht to the haters, woot to the appreciaters. and peace love and all the best of wishes to Adele!

I love Adele, she is great.She is very humble and sinciere. People that pick apart others. Need to really look at themselves. What great things are you doing that is making so many people happy. Yeah she just one album of the year.

She's talented, but every time I've seen her sing, she just looks bored. She made me cringe while she was singing "Cant make you love me if you don't" while smiling with her hands on her hips." Please.
