Jamie Oliver is a chef, but recently he's been touted as a treasure hunter. According to NME, the celebrity cook has found master tapes from several Joy Division and New Order sessions in a Manchester, England basement.

Oliver and crew stumbled upon the literal treasure trove while excavating an old Midland bank, readying the building for the chef's brand new restaurant.

And what was alongside the old tapes? How about a cache of guns, gold and jewelry. Not bad for a day's work.

The loot's overall value is estimated to be around $1.7 million American. But don't worry -- Oliver isn't keeping any of it. The chef has since given all items found to the British treasury. We wonder, what is Joy Division bassist and notorious crankypants Peter Hook thinking right now?

There is a saying like this "Only one himself knows if the shoes match his feet or not “。If u really love her /him, age ain't nothing but a number for these loved-up A-Listers. My BF and I both think so! He is almost 10 years older than I .We met via~~--Ageless'date . ℃○M .~~ a nice place for younger women and oldermen, or older women and younger men, to interact with each other! ,Ever feel that you would best enjoy someone who is not in your age group? If u are really interested in it, maybe u wanna check it out or tell your friends.

He should get to keep it if no one claims it within 6 months. If someone did claim it, they would of course have to prove it is theirs. I bet finding old stash's of cash, silver, gold, jewelry, etc are found more than people know. For every one of these stories you hear about, I bet there are 5 or 10 that no one hears about because the person that finds something is alone when he or she finds it and doesn't tell anyone and just keeps whatever they find.

What will British Treasury do with these items? Is BT a national museum like the Smithsonian? Or is it what the name implies, a branch of gov't? Is the gift an attempt to pay down national debt? This article must have been written by a paperboy, not journalist as it raises more questions, than sating our curiosity piqued by the headline.

Joy was is simply one one the best bands out of England from the late 70's, New Order is what was formed out of Joy after a death of a member of said group.

This guy is a super great guy and a class act all the way around. People in Hollywood should try to be more like him. He helps the kids, he helps people eat better and you can tell he's just a simple down home kinda guy.

He's a fool for giving it to the gov't. to spend wastefully or to give to rich congressman.
