SXSW 2012 Preview: Miike Snow, Seth Troxler, Matthew Dear, Kindness, Blondes & More

Matthew Dear, Teengirl Fantasy, Trust, Tycho, Shlohmo and two of our favorite rappers, Schoolboy Q and Mr. Mothaf---in' Exquire, will be kicking things off at Pitchfork's Interactive Showcase at the Mohawk on Tuesday (March 13).
Blondes, NGUZUNGUZU, Pure X, Korallreven and several others of their ilk will be performing at the Dummy XO Showcase at Barbarella on Wednesday (March 14), while Kindness and Pictureplane rock the Chevrolet Sound Garage, and Com Truise, Matthew Dear, Tycho, Mux Mool and Shigeto head up the Ghostly Showcase at Club De Ville. Finally, Miike Snow and Pond perform at the Hype Hotel, rounding out one of the week's busiest days.
Jacques Greene, Kindness and Korallreven drop in at the Hype Hotel on Thursday (March 15), as part of the Feed the Beat program, while Oneohtrix Point Never performs with Peaking Lights at Red 7, and (thee) Mike B, Sabo and Nadastrom rock Mad Decent's Moombahton Massive SXSW at Elysium.
Friday's a good day to rest up, as L.A.'s best dance party, A Club Called Rhonda comes to the Beauty Ballroom that evening, featuring DJ Harvey, Peanut Butter Wolf and a special guest (previously advertised as Seth Troxler).
On Saturday, Sound Pellegrino Thermal Team, Hudson Mohawke and Com Truise hit the stage at Scion's Check Yo Ponytail/Mad Decent/Fool's Gold Super Party at Emo's. Meanwhile, SBTRKT will be playing two shows, appearing at the Fader Fort with Sepalcure and Blondes, then later performing with Sepalcure's Machinedrum and Jackmaster at the Madison.
