Karl Lagerfeld Apologizes to Adele for 'Fat' Remark, Sends Her Chanel Handbags

Lagerfeld has apologized for his remarks but has since stepped up his atonement game by sending Adele his finest Chanele handbags, the Sun reports. "He told his team to send Adele the best the fashion house have to offer after hearing she collected bags," a source revealed. "He said he really wanted to make it up to her so they could maybe work together in the future." Here's to hoping that he doesn't turn Adele into a bag lady, however high class she would be.
"He could see her fronting a campaign for Chanel Mademoiselle bags when the contract with Blake Lively ends," the source added. "He's annoyed with himself because he ended up insulting her when he meant to compliment her. He thinks she's beautiful and calls her divine."
Time will only tell if handbags can heal the wounds.

Now Madonna's trying to get in with Adele and take some of her 'glory'. This sickens me; she did it with Pink, Britt Spears, tried to with Christina Aquilera, etc. I've noticed this through the years.....everytime someone gets enormously popular she sticks her face or two cents in the picture, so she gets mentioned. I would think Adele is old enough to handle people who insult her or whatever OR she should be. Also, Adele, why would you want to sing with Beyonce?? yeh, she's nice, good singer, nice person but she developed herself and her world; why don't you do that too? First, get a string of hits and very popular like Beyonce before you include any other singer...don't give anyone the chance to steal your glow is all I'm saying. As for Mr. Lagerfeld, sometimes we get 'hurt' when someone say's something 'we know is true'; so I believe he meant well; atleast he's honest unlike some people you 'knew'. Get a grip. Love ya.
