Here We Go Magic, 'How Do I Know' -- Song Premiere

Here We Go Magic's upcoming record A Different Ship is a slight change-up from the band's previous work of indie-rock collages. Though their new album has a similar off-the-cuff quality, it shines brightly as a tight and elegant package of ripe tunes.

The Brooklyn band's new single "How Do I Know" is a perfect representation of this. Singer Luke Temple croons with the gusto of Jim James while a swirling scene of train engine drums and simple guitar become increasingly more emotional.

"This is a song about knowing how to know if you know what you know. It feels very nice to feel in love," guitarist Michael Bloch tells Spinner.

The song's repetitive chorus "How do I know if I love you?" may become your mantra for the morning as you question your current love's intentions, or reminisce about an old flame. Regardless of the tune's intentions, it's bound to get stuck in your head.
