Pete Doherty to Enter Rehab, Reveals He Dated Charlotte Gainsbourg

However, he does plan to seek help for his addiction, just not right now. "I thought you might be interested to know that I'm booked to go into rehab at the end of April," he told the magazine.
Doherty also dropped the news that he had a brief romance with actress and singer Charlotte Gainsbourg, with whom he co-starred in the film "Confessions of a Young Contemporary." "[It was] off set," he confessed. "But on set there were these love scenes. The only problem was those love scenes appeared before we actually made love in real life."
Apparently Gainsbourg left her boyfriend for the former Libertines frontman, but the affair was short lived. "She left her fella and moved to London ... but put it this way, she was back in Paris four days later," he said. "I think the lifestyle I was living at the time, she wasn't accustomed to." Well no offense to Miss Gainsbourg -- we love her -- but it doesn't take a brain scientist to figure out what kind of lifestyle Pete Doherty lives.

Doesn't say much for the Gainsbourg skank (you love her? for what?) and her intelligence, but then again most people simply aren't very bright in general and that becomes even more true in regards to affairs of the heart.
