Jesca Hoop, 'Born To' -- Song Premiere and Free MP3 Download

"Born To," the first single off the LP, is a dense tapestry of sound. There's something vaguely tribal about the song yet also danceable and cinematic.
"'Born To' asks a question we've all asked ourselves: How is it that I was born into the circumstances I was born into?" Hoop tells Spinner. "How is it some of us are born into famine and others into unimaginable wealth?"
Take a listen to the track below. The House That Jack Built will be released June 26 via Bella Union. Hoop will also be hitting the road in support of the Punch Brothers, so take a look at the tour dates underneath.
