Zeus 'Strong Mind (Live From Ill Eagle)' -- Exclusive Video

Throwback beard rockers Zeus recently told Spinner they intend to turn their new Ill Eagle studio into a cultural hotspot and the band are getting off to a quick start.

The multi-instrumental, multi-vocalist Band-inspired band composed of Carlin Nicholson, Mike O'Brien, Neil Quin and Rob Drake made live performance videos of their entire new album Busting Visions in the studio with the help of the Exploding Motor Car art crew.

Now they've been spreading those clips around the Internet and Spinner's got one -- "Strong Mind (Live From Ill Eagle)."

The raucous fifth song from Busting Visions is a Quin-led number that features some camera angles that are quite literally like spinning plates and what might be a sly nod to the Who's "Who are You?"

"I think we did it as an exercise," Neil Quin tells Spinner about the live studio performances. "It was a little send off for our baby and we wanted to play those songs in sequence. It was like breaking the champagne bottle over our own heads!"

Zeus start an extensive Canadian tour in mid-May.
