Love did most of the talking, ensuring fans that Brian's arranging and harmonizing skills are as strong as ever, but Wilson stole the segment with a classic story about being karate chopped by Elvis. Better than the interview were the three performances. In addition to "That's Why God Made the Radio," the title track from their forthcoming album, the Beach Boys offered up two classics: "In My Room" and "Wouldn't It Be Nice."
That these guys are still alive is only slightly less miraculous than the fact they're being civil with each other again, and as Fallon said, the resurgence of "America's band" has brought a smile to people's faces.
"It's like sonic deja vu," Love agreed. "Like there was never any time that passed." Something like that.

May 12 2012 at 4:49 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyFans of Brian Wilson know what he's capable of in interviews, and I think they're happy with this appearance. Not only was he involved, but he had alot more to say than the usual 5 word answers he gives. Good for him!
