Helena, 'Sunlight' Video Premiere: Watch Himalayan-Born Singer's New Clip

Singer-songwriter and violinist Helena was born in the Himalayas, learning to sing and play Eastern instruments from a very young age. Since then, the songstress has started a new life in Los Angeles after signing to Warner Bros.

Helena's first single, "Sunlight," toes the line between '90s pop and world music. A lilting melody of plucked strings, bells and piano follow a heavy drum beat that pelts fluidly behind Helena's captivating vocals.

"'Sunlight' is truly about spinning challenges into gold or weaving your life into something extraordinary," Helena tells Spinner. "Gaining wisdom and inspiration along the way. It's about having the courage to trust your heart and follow your passions intensely everyday; creating your own reality."
