The Parliament-Funkadelic mastermind owes $48,347.82 for 2007 and $67.204.45 for 2008, making a grand total of $115,552.27, the gossip site reports.
Luckily, Clinton has some experience with time-altering UFO encounters, so all he needs to do is hook up with some simpatico spacemen, go back a half-decade and pay off Uncle Sam.
Better still, he can get the Mothership back off the ground and blast off to someplace the IRS won't find him.
