Highlight: "The video depicts a female android who is studying the world of modern human dating in an awkward but sincere effort to understand love," Bess Rogers tells Spinner. "I was inspired to write the song after watching a documentary called 'The Science of Sex Appeal,' which showed how love has evolved as we have evolved as a species, and since the song is basically a love song through the eyes of science, I wanted to take the concept one step further. The idea of a non-human struggling to understand love was something I had been imagining since the release of my record, 'Out of the Ocean,' and Kristen Winter did an excellent job bringing it all to life."
