Boston "'Next Big Thing' opens our new album Music 4 TNGRS. It is a bittersweet meditation on our culture's bottomless obsession with newness, nextness and youth. Before and during our debut album's release, we felt the light of this obsession firsthand, and the song captures our coming to terms with the reality that "you can't be next forever." Musically, the track introduces the more electronic and atmospheric approach of our new album, which for us is a big step forward from the retro-pop sound of our debut. Pharrell and Pusha T introduce two additional perspectives in their verses, and we're honored to include them in this greeting to our listeners both new and old.
